I need a set of clear, professionally formatted Operation & Maintenance manuals for the plumbing systems in a commercial building. The finished manuals have to be delivered as polished PDFs that a facilities team can open on-site or share with inspectors without extra conversion.
Please structure each manual so that it walks the reader through:
• Installation procedures – step-by-step, with any diagrams or manufacturer data sheets embedded.
• Maintenance schedules – easy-to-follow tables showing daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual tasks.
• Troubleshooting guides – symptom-based flow charts or checklists that help technicians pinpoint common faults quickly.
I will supply the available as-built drawings and product submittals; you will organise, expand, and lay them out in a clear, consistent format with a contents page and section tabs. All text must be editable (no scanned images of text). Graphics should be high-resolution yet keep the overall file size reasonable for email transfer.
Once the draft is ready, I’ll review and mark up any changes; one revision round is included in the scope before you submit the final, clean PDFs.
