*Assume the following:You are the new Sr. TPM in charge of a product with
complexity equal to GMail. The product has integrations/intersections with
other complex products in much the same way that GMail interacts with other
Google Apps like Drive, Chat, Meet, etc.There are at least three Agile
teams working on your product, and multiple Agile teams working on the
other connected products.The product has desktop, mobile web, and mobile
native app interfaces.An Agile process with a two-week sprint cycle is
preferred, but you can use any methodology you’d like (Scrum, Journey,
etc.) for your teams. However, the teams working on other related projects
may not be using the same Agile methodology.Your projects are scope-driven
(must ship with certain features), time-limited (must ship by a certain
date), or both.Create a proposal that addresses the following:Which Agile
methodology would you recommend and why? How would you structure it? What
roles would Product, Development, Testing resources play within it? How
would you use it to coordinate projects between your three teams? How
would projects involving teams on other products and methodologies be
coordinated?How would you handle dependency identification and tracking,
both between your teams and with other teams?Which KPI would you track and
report on? What would they indicate? What steps could you take to correct
negative trends? How would they be used to track scope-driven or
time-limited projects?Based on your answers to the above questions, please
generate a reporting dashboard and/or scorecards that you would use to
provide regular status reports to key stakeholders and executives. You can
