Campus Network Student Recruitment Expert

I am preparing to launch Campus Network (CN), a student placement company headquartered in Tbilisi, Georgia. Our mission is to:
- Recruit international students for Georgian universities.
- Assist Georgian students in accessing higher education abroad.
To support this launch, I am seeking a qualified freelancer or consultant to conduct a comprehensive study and provide actionable recommendations within a fixed budget. The main objective is to build a strategic and operational roadmap focused on effective student recruitment and university engagement.
Scope of Work
• • Application Process Optimization:
Map out the full application journey and propose efficient workflows and tools for managing student applications.
• • Document Management & Compliance:
Define key document requirements (academic, financial, visa) and recommend a system for document verification and compliance checks.
• • Applicant Communication Plan:
Develop a communication strategy for engaging with applicants throughout the recruitment process, including templates, FAQs, and communication timelines.
• • Information Session Guidelines:
Recommend structure, content, and frequency for webinars or sessions covering budgeting, destinations, visas, etc.
• • University Outreach Strategy:
Identify potential target universities in Georgia and abroad, assist in developing partnership proposal frameworks, and provide insights into university expectations.
• • Market Recommendations:
Suggest key source markets for international student recruitment with rationale and marketing channels.
• • Budget-Driven Implementation Plan:
Provide a step-by-step, cost-sensitive implementation roadmap aligned with a pre-defined budget and prioritize high-impact short-term actions.
Required Profile
• • Proven experience in international student recruitment and/or university partnerships.
• • Strong understanding of global education trends, particularly in Georgia and/or Eastern Europe.
• • Ability to deliver structured reports with clear strategic and operational recommendations.
• • Experience working with early-stage education agencies is a strong asset.

• • List of target universities and relevant contacts (if possible)
