The department focuses on improving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services while emphasizing continuous team training and development to ensure customer satisfaction.
Drive7 ERP System:
The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system at Drive7 integrates all business functions into a single platform to enhance administrative and operational efficiency. This system facilitates task management, inventory tracking, customer relationship management, human resources, and data analysis, thereby improving information flow and aiding in swift, informed decision-making.
Requirements Gathering.
Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
Understand the specific needs and expectations for the Timing, Task Management, and Auto Assign features.
System Design and Recommendations:
Develop recommendations for system improvements, including workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and technology upgrades.
Implementation Plan:
Create a detailed implementation plan for the recommended improvements.
Include timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.

1- Detailed Analysis Report:
Comprehensive documentation of the Timing, Task Management, and Auto Assign System, including workflows, processes, and identified issues.

The new module engages with Supervisors and technicians involved, and their input will be a key factor, needing minimal interference with software to focus more on their main task.
Workshop Supervisor: Ease of adding and removing stages, as the stage task only took a few minutes to complete.
Technicians: A single click to “Complete “jumps to the next task.
1- Estimated Time for Completion.
When creating a sales order, the system should calculate the estimated time required for each work order based on the service and workshop conditions, including buffer time to accommodate unforeseen delays.
2- Two Timing Categories.
Customer Timing with Buffer: Displayed to customers, reflecting the estimated completion time including buffer.
Internal Average Limited Time: Used internally to manage operations efficiently.
3- Priority Management.
Establish rules or algorithms to prioritize tasks based on dependencies and critical timelines, ensuring tasks that must follow a sequence are managed correctly (e.g., Window film before Interior ceramic even if the Ceramic Technicians are free and Window Film technicians are not available).
4- Staged Timing Consideration.
Timing should account for stages such as washing, polishing, and film removal, ensuring each stage's estimated time is integrated into the overall completion schedule. Also, manage workflow of stages
5- Technician Auto-Assignment.
Implement an automated system to assign tasks to technicians based on their skills, workload, type of car and availability.
6- Handling Scenarios.
Mechanism to manage damages caused during installation.
Monitoring technician If the technician is slow in installation and others complete his work which is assigned to a group of technicians.
System alerts and adjustments for delays caused by vehicle issues.
In case of Quality assurance failure and rework.
