BA Business Analysis for IT Project Documentations

We are looking for a BA for projects documentations. We have web and mobile app projects so need to do the documentation for those.
Should have technical knowledge about web and mobile app projects.
Should be able to draft the documents as per development flow and client requirements.
Should understand the project architecht.
Basically we are working on php web projects and flutter mobile app projects.
