Build document templates -- 2

Hello, I am looking for someone to build a few word document templates for my company. I would like the following templates created: project charter, meeting minutes, assessment report, request for proposal, user requirements specifications, request forms, and lessons learned report. I can provide copies of the current designs and marketing requirements if needed. The template set should also include a sheet that summarizes used font type, size, etc.
