AuditBoard End-User Guide Creation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need clear, well-structured user guides that walk everyday AuditBoard users through the entire platform experience—from the moment they log in for the first time to resolving the most common issues on their own. The material should read like friendly, step-by-step documentation rather than dry technical notes, so tone and flow matter just as much as accuracy.
Scope
• Turn existing internal notes, screen captures, and change-logs into a polished end-user manual.
• Explain installation and initial setup in plain language, then move through core features and typical workflows before closing with an easy-to-scan troubleshooting/FAQ section.
• Work directly in Word or Google Docs; final artwork for callouts or annotated screenshots can be supplied in Illustrator or your tool of choice as long as I receive editable source files alongside ready-to-publish PDF.
Acceptance criteria
• Every feature currently available in our production instance is covered with at least one real-world scenario.
• All screenshots match the latest UI and include alt-text for accessibility.
• A searchable table of contents and index are included.
• Spelling, grammar, and terminology follow our style guide (I’ll share it on kickoff).
