Audit Organization P&P

I am in need of a policy and procedure (P&P) manual for my organization, as I do not currently have one in place. My organization is focused on operations and logistics, so the manual will need to be tailored to this area. I am looking for a high-level overview of the P&P manual, rather than detailed step-by-step processes. The ideal freelancer for this job will have experience in creating P&P manuals from scratch, specifically for operations and logistics organizations. They should also have excellent communication skills, as I will need to work closely with them to ensure the manual accurately reflects my organization's needs.
