Saudi Interpreter & Translator Needed

This project centers on a series of high-profile training programs and official communications in Riyadh, and I need a Saudi national who can keep pace with fast-moving discussions while preserving every nuance. The core of the assignment is simultaneous interpretation; you will be inside the booth—or on headset—rendering English into Gulf Arabic in real time for trainees, officials, and visiting delegations.

Beyond the live work, I will rely on you to translate a steady flow of written and multimedia content. Expect to see course manuals, spreadsheets, slide decks, and government-supplied video or audio. Accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality protocols are critical throughout.

Deliverables
• Real-time simultaneous interpretation during training sessions, meetings, and events
• Fully translated course materials, official documents, and government audio/video—returned in the original Word, Excel, or PowerPoint format with consistent terminology
• Clear Gulf-Arabic voice-overs synced to provided media, where required
• Brief consecutive interpreting or note-taking support when discussions shift to smaller groups

Profile I need
• Saudi national, fluent in English and Gulf Arabic at ILR Level 3+
• Minimum three years of professional interpreting/translation experience, including technical subjects
• Formal interpreter/translator training and at least a secondary diploma
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

You must be able to operate in secure environments, adapt rapidly to protocol changes, and demonstrate practical knowledge of both Saudi and U.S. cultural contexts. If you meet these criteria and are ready to start on short notice in Riyadh, I look forward to working together.
