Russian-English Translation Support
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a series of documents that need to move smoothly between Russian and English without losing nuance or accuracy. The subject matter ranges from everyday correspondence to occasional technical passages, so I’m looking for someone comfortable switching tone and terminology as required.
Here’s how I plan to handle the project: I will share files in batches (mostly Word and PDF). For each batch I’d like a clean, well-formatted target file plus a version with tracked changes or inline notes explaining any tricky terms, idioms, or cultural references you adapted. Consistency is important, so if you work with CAT tools such as MemoQ, Trados, or even cloud solutions like Smartcat, let me know—terminology management is a plus.
Turnaround: most batches will be under 2 000 words and I’d like a 48-hour turnaround unless we agree otherwise in advance. Larger files will come with extra time.

• Native-level command of both languages
• Human translation only—no raw machine output
• Proofread before delivery; text should be publication-ready
