vBulletin Upgrade and Tech Support for Forum

Request for Proposal to provide support for a vbulletin upgrade and related tech support for the Mark II Forum.
The Mark II forum is an online community that provides and houses technical information and support along with registry information for the 1956-57 Continental Mark II.
Our forum was started in 2009 and has operated on vbulletin software since inception. It currently operates on vbulletin 4.2.5. We are seeking proposals from experienced technical service providers for assistance in upgrading to the most current version of vbulletin, along with related improvements to our forum/website. Our goal is to improve the functionality of our forum, improve the experience of our members, and preserve the important knowledge contained with our postings.
Please provide a proposal to assist us in this process. In addition to the upgrade please provide your rates to advise and assist our administration team to configure and manage our forum with respect to data security, membership administration, and to maximize ease of use and value to our members.
