PC performance issue

Hello team,

please note that I need someone who is skilled enough to be able to solve my PC performance issues. my PC has been slow in everything since a long time and even though i followed basic steps like clearing caches, or preventing unused apps from opening in startups or even deleting some .temp files, the problem remains the same
