I have multiple emails

Formally go daddy but now outlook. I have 10-15 email addresses with (2) different domains and I need them to integrate to one catch all mailbox. Right now I constantly have issues with different emails not integrating aka I Don’t get them, but the sender doesn’t get a notification that I didn’t receive it. Every few months I have issues with this and don’t get emails. I believe that switching to another email domain may be the answer but I’m not sure. Every since we went from Godaddy to outlook we’ve been lost. The biggest issue is that we aren’t told when we are offline/ not receiving emails and neither is the sender. A customer has to tell us and the customer isn’t even told that we didn’t receive it. There is a major lapse. Please help
