3. IBM Case Manager

Requirements:
- Experience using IBM Datacap
- Experience using IBM FileNet Content Manager
- Experience using IBM Case Manager
Responsibilities:
- coaching and providing on-job training for the company’s team (including installation, using the SW, administrating the SW, deployment, …etc)
- providing technical support
- providing SW maintenance when required (including feature enhancements, performance improvements, proactive health and interoperability checks for the company’s clients)
