I'm seeking an experienced technician to repair my Xerox WorkCentre machine.
This project will most likely need to be done remotely (assisting myself to repair the machine).
The issue that we have is that when we try to print, a message comes up with 'jam in side door'. When we open the door, there isn't a jam there, and it prevents us from printing.
