Windows & MacOS Software Support
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Software on several Windows 10/11 PCs and a handful of MacOS machines needs to be installed, configured, and—where it’s already present—fixed so it actually runs without throwing errors or slow-downs. This covers everyday office apps, some specialist utilities, and anything else my team uses in their day-to-day work; exact titles can be shared once we start.
You will connect remotely (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or a secure tool you prefer) and handle the whole cycle: clean installs, licence activation, updates, dependency checks, conflict resolution, and final verification that the program launches and performs normally on both operating systems.
Deliverables
• Successful installation or repair of every assigned application on each Windows and Mac device
• A short log for every machine noting steps taken, fixes applied, and versions installed
• Clear follow-up guidance so my team can repeat routine updates on their own
