Windows Live Mail Setup for Personal Use

I'm in need of urgent assistance for setting up Windows Live Mail for my personal use on my Windows 10 desktop computer. Windows Live Mail was discontinued Windows 7, but I am hoping there is a way to install it, and I understand no updates will be available for it.

I would prefer someone who has successfully installed Windows Live Mail before.
