I need an experienced technician to tackle a few hardware issues on a Windows-based laptop. The main focus is routine maintenance and repair for three areas: battery and power performance, screen and display integrity, and keyboard/touchpad responsiveness.
The job will require proper diagnosis, sourcing (or advising on) replacement parts if necessary, and carrying out the physical work—whether that means battery calibration or swap, fixing dim or flickering back-lighting, or restoring full key and touchpad functionality. I’m running a standard Windows 10 build, so familiarity with BIOS and firmware updates that sometimes accompany hardware fixes is useful.
Deliverables I expect:
• A brief diagnostic report outlining root causes for each issue
• Completed repair or clear guidance on the parts and steps if a third-party repair shop must be used
• Post-repair verification showing normal battery health, stable display output, and fully responsive keyboard/touchpad controls
