Windows Hardware Support Needed

Job ID: 40462133

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I’m looking for reliable technical support focused specifically on hardware issues in a Windows environment. My goal is to have someone I can turn to when a PC won’t boot, peripherals refuse to connect, or component failures appear likely.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Diagnose and isolate hardware-related problems on Windows desktops and laptops, either through guided steps or remote-access tools.
• Recommend practical fixes—BIOS updates, driver reinstalls, part replacements—and walk me through each step so I understand the solution.
• Provide clear documentation of what was tested, what you found, and how the issue was resolved, so I can reference it later.
• Offer preventive tips to minimize future hardware interruptions.

Strong familiarity with Windows Device Manager, Event Viewer, and common diagnostic utilities (e.g., MemTest, CrystalDiskInfo) is essential. Experience servicing different manufacturers’ systems is a plus, as I work with both branded and custom-built machines.

If you’re patient, detail-oriented, and can explain technical steps in plain language, I’d love to keep you on call for ongoing support sessions.
