Windows Desktop Support Specialist

I manage several workstations running Windows 10, Windows 8, and a handful of legacy Windows 7 systems. When something breaks—or when a new application or peripheral needs to be brought online—I need an experienced hand to step in quickly, diagnose the issue, and get users productive again.

Typical requests you’ll handle include:
• Troubleshooting software or OS errors until the machine is stable
• Installing or configuring new applications and updates
• Tackling hardware problems—from faulty drives to printer or peripheral hiccups

I’m happy to collaborate through remote-access tools; clear, concise notes after each intervention let me track what was done and prevent repeat issues. If you’re comfortable diving into any of these three Windows versions and can communicate fixes in plain language, I’d like to keep you on call for ongoing support.
