Zoho Ongoing Support

We’re looking for an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to provide ongoing, occasional support for our CRM setup. We can handle basic automations in house, so we’re seeking someone who can take on more advanced workflows, Blueprint‑style processes and system wide improvements across Zoho CRM and related apps (such as Forms, Analytics and others as needed).

Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing advanced automations and workflows.
- Troubleshooting issues and optimising CRM performance.
- Answering questions from our team and providing practical advice on how to use Zoho CRM more effectively.
- Recommending system improvements and best practice configurations to support our growth.

We’re after someone familiar with the Zoho apps who can work flexibly, respond promptly and communicate clearly. This is an ongoing, as needed engagement, with work typically scheduled in short blocks or on a retainer basis.
