Update windows 10 and upgrade to windows 11 and fix microphone

Looking for help with the following:
I’m looking for someone who can help with Windows 10. I can no longer get it to update — it says the PC is paused for updates.
I would like it updated and Windows 11 installed. The PC is in Danish, just so you know.
We also have an issue where the microphone no longer works. We’ve tried both a headset and a separate microphone, but neither works anymore, even after trying different fixes.
