IT Technical Support Supervisor

The Information Technology (IT) Technical Support Level 2 Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of technical support to users with company devices and information systems in the organization. This position will also direct the team in fulfilling level 2 requests received through the help desk ticketing system, determine necessary technology advances and educate the team on the use of approved hardware and software packages used in the organization’s day-to-day operations.
