Technical Support Representative for electrical and EV adapters company

Looking for a dedicated and hardworking person to respond to emails and call customers to answer their inquiries related to our products. My company sells various electrical adapter cords and electric vehicle chargers. You would be expected to familiarize yourself in detail about all our products so that you can effectively assist our customers. You would need to help customers select the appropriate product for their application, and offer troubleshooting assistance to those who are experiencing issues. It is my goal that all inquiries be responded to within 1-2 days.
