Technical Support Needed for Password Recovery of IP Camera DVR

I am seeking a proficient IT technician or network specialist to assist in recovering the lost password to my IP Camera's DVR system. I have access to the username and serial number but have exhausted attempts at recalling the password. The system is a ProvisionISR Ossia interface. Expertise in IP camera systems and familiarity with ProvisionISR products will be advantageous.
