Technical Support / Caller (Web Development, Remote)

We are looking for a reliable and communicative Technical Support / Caller who can assist with client communication and has a basic understanding of web development.

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via calls and messages
Understand client requests and explain technical issues clearly
Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements
Strong spoken English (required)
Russian or Ukrainian (preferred)
Basic knowledge of web development (APIs, frontend/backend)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsible, responsive, and reliable

Nice to Have
Experience in IT support or development
Familiarity with technologies like Laravel, Golang, or APIs
