Technical Recruiter Needed

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent across a variety of roles, including software engineering, data science, DevOps, and IT. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles—from sourcing to offer

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach

Screen and assess technical candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements

Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience

Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders

Stay informed on industry trends and competitive hiring practices
