Tech Support for Nomadic Team
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
Remote Computer Assistant for Traveling Digital Nomads
About Us:
We’re a tight-knit group of digital nomads who work and travel across the globe. From bustling cities to off-grid retreats, our workspace changes often—but our need for reliable tech support never does. We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Remote Computer Assistant to support our tech needs on the go.
What You’ll Do:
Provide remote guidance on setting up and troubleshooting computer peripherals and accessories (HDMI cables, USB converters, wireless keyboards/mice, etc.)
Assist with wiring and connectivity of various computer components during remote setups
Be available for tech support when needed—sometimes outside standard business hours
Communicate clearly with team members to quickly understand and resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
Hard Skills:
Good understanding of common computer accessories and how they work
Ability to guide remote users in wiring and setting up components with limited tools
Soft Skills:
Clear and friendly communication
Dependability and a genuine willingness to help whenever needed
Bonus Points:
Experience working with remote teams
Familiarity with different international tech setups and voltages
If you’re the type of person who enjoys helping others solve tech issues and can be flexible with your time, we’d love to meet you.
How to Apply:
Send us a quick note about yourself, your experience, and why this gig sounds like a fit.
