I have a device that doesn’t fall into the usual computer-or-phone category, plus its paired application, and I’m completely stuck on how to make everything work together. I need clear, step-by-step help for two things at once:
• Physically operating the device—power-up, controls, settings, maintenance
• Using the companion app—installation, account setup, feature walkthrough, troubleshooting
