Software Developer & Technical Support(NOT FOR INDIAN & PAKISTAN)
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I’m looking for a sharp Technical Virtual Assistant who can jump straight into live software troubleshooting across the entire stack. Day to day you’ll be my first line of defence when something misbehaves, digging into Windows and Linux environments, checking logs, walking users through quick fixes, and documenting what you uncover so the issue never resurfaces.
The core of the role is:
• Rapid software troubleshooting—from front-end quirks to back-end service crashes
• Environment support on both Windows and Linux servers, desktops, and VMs
• Assistance with development-side tooling (IDEs, build pipelines, version control, container tech, CLI utilities)
I don’t need formal product-training programmes or lengthy manuals right now, but if you can suggest smarter ways to share knowledge with the team, I’m all ears.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Timely resolution notes for every ticket or chat you close
2. A concise post-mortem when an incident affects production
3. A running knowledge base page where recurring fixes are logged
Success for me is simple: tickets cleared fast, clear explanations the team can follow, and zero repeat incidents for the same root cause.
If you thrive on dissecting technical puzzles and can communicate just as well as you code or configure, let’s get started.
