I need an experienced Windows specialist who can step in as my rapid-response backup vendor when a client requests an operating-system installation or upgrade and my in-house team is already booked. Typical calls involve preparing the workstation, migrating user settings, installing the new OS or feature update, validating drivers, reconnecting the PC to our wired or Wi-Fi network, and confirming the printer queue still works before hand-off.
Because this is an on-demand arrangement, I value technicians who can arrive on-site quickly, work neatly in live office environments, and write a short completion report the same day so I can close the ticket in our help-desk system.
