I’m locked out of my MyUSPTO account and the usual password-reset route hasn’t worked. I need someone who already understands the USPTO login / two-step authentication flow—from TEAS and EFS-Web to the newer ID-based sign-in—and can meet me in Manhattan to troubleshoot directly on my workstation.
The job is straightforward: diagnose why the account shows as locked, clear the lockout, and get me logged back in so I can resume filing and docket monitoring today. While onsite, please walk me through the steps you take so I can avoid another lockout and repeat the fix if it ever happens again.
