Our office MacBook has become painfully sluggish. I have already restarted it, cleared plenty of storage, and installed the most recent macOS updates, yet routine tasks still crawl. I need a Mac expert who can come to our workspace in Quezon City, near Eastwood, for a one-time onsite session.
During the visit you will diagnose the root cause of the slow performance—whether that’s runaway processes, failing hardware, background launch agents, or mis-configured system settings—using native tools such as Activity Monitor, Console, Disk Utility, Apple Diagnostics, and any reputable third-party utilities you trust. Once identified, please carry out the fixes on the spot: optimise or remove problematic software, tune startup items, verify disk health, reset SMC/NVRAM if required, and advise on any hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD) that could help.
Deliverables
• Fully functional, noticeably faster MacBook delivered before you leave
• A brief written report summarising findings, actions taken, and any follow-up recommendations
