The job centres on two key tasks: a full routine inspection to confirm every detector, pull-station, strobe, and horn is up to code, followed by detailed system diagnostics to capture logs, clear faults, and verify proper panel communication.
The property combines commercial storefronts on the lower floors with residential units above, so the work has to be planned to minimise disruption for both tenants and businesses. You’ll need your own diagnostic laptop/software or a programmer compatible with the exact Simplex model on site; I’ll provide access to drawings, previous service reports, and the riser diagram when you arrive.
Deliverables
• Signed inspection report noting all devices tested and their results
• Diagnostic print-out or file showing panel status before and after service
