Seeking Technical Co-Founder/CTO for EdTech SaaS (Equity Only)
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
The Mission: We are building a educational app, a SaaS platform designed to revolutionize how students learn. We have the vision, the business model, and the operational strategy—now we need the technology to bring it to life.
The Team: We are a spousal founding team committed to launching this venture.
Ty: Founder & CEO. Responsible for vision, strategy, and partnerships.
Lae: Co-Founder & COO/CMO. Responsible for operations, marketing, and growth.
The Role: We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to be the third pillar of our team. This is not an employee role; we are looking for a partner who wants to build a scalable product from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture and product roadmap.
Build the MVP and manage the tech stack.
Make key decisions regarding scalability and security.
The Offer: Since we are pre-revenue/pre-seed, this position is for significant equity only (Co-Founder level). We are offering a competitive stake with a standard 4-year vesting schedule. This is an opportunity to own a substantial piece of the company without putting in cash capital.
