You will work closely with our development and customer success teams to identify and address user needs, contributing to the continuous improvement of our product.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support to ScreenConnect users via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ScreenConnect platform.
Document and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs and suggest improvements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous support.
Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the ScreenConnect platform.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a remote support environment.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with remote support tools is a plus.
