Restore Email to Google Workspace
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My website was recently redesigned and, during that process, the email service for my domain was pointed away from Google Workspace to ZeenHost. I run a Business Google Workspace account and need all mail—past, present, and future—flowing through it again. Fourteen years of archived messages live in that environment, so preserving every folder and label is critical.
Here’s the situation:
• MX records were changed when the site moved. I am not certain whether I still have full control over the current DNS zone, so I may need guidance locating or regaining the right console access.
• Once access is confirmed, I need the correct Google Workspace MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records re-applied.
• Propagation must be monitored until mail is consistently delivered to and from Google Workspace, without any bounce or spoof warnings.
Deliverables
1. DNS settings updated (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and verified.
2. Proof of successful mail flow—screenshots or test logs showing inbound and outbound messages arriving in my Google Workspace inbox.
If additional permissions or registrar assistance are required, let me know and I’ll coordinate. The goal is a seamless cut-over with zero data loss and no noticeable downtime for my users.
