Resolve Undelivered DNS Emails
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Since switching my domain’s DNS settings over to a new hosting provider every message routed through Gmail stops short of the recipient—no bounce-back, no spam folder, just silence. I need a DNS-savvy freelancer to trace and correct whatever is breaking delivery.
Here is the current situation:
• Messages originate from a Gmail-hosted inbox (Google Workspace).
• MX, SPF, DKIM and possibly DMARC were altered during the recent DNS change; I’m unsure which records are now wrong or missing.
• No other mail services are involved, so the work is limited to the domain’s DNS zone and Gmail configuration.
What I expect from you:
1. Audit the domain’s existing DNS zone, identify conflicts or omissions, and explain them briefly.
2. Update or add the required MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records so Gmail can deliver without failures.
3. Verify propagation with tools such as Google Admin Toolbox, MXToolbox or similar and supply screenshots or logs as proof.
4. Send and receive test emails on my behalf until we confirm successful delivery to at least two external providers (e.g., Gmail and Outlook).
I will provide temporary DNS panel access plus the necessary Google Workspace keys. Once your fixes are applied and verified, please give me a concise record of all changes so I can keep for future reference.
If you’re confident troubleshooting DNS for Google Workspace, let’s get this mail flowing again.
