Resolve Persistent Software Crashes
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My office PCs have begun crashing unpredictably and I can’t determine whether the problem lies in one application or several. I need an experienced technician to dig into the logs, replicate the failure, trace the root cause and apply a reliable fix so the machines run smoothly again.
Scope of work
• Gather crash reports, event-viewer logs and any minidumps I supply (or that you pull remotely).
• Isolate the faulty process, driver or configuration that is triggering the crashes—whether it is a single program or a chain reaction between several.
• Implement corrective actions: patch, reinstall, re-configure, or roll-back as appropriate, then stress-test to verify stability.
• Document what you found and the exact steps you took so I can keep a clear maintenance record.
Acceptance criteria
1. No unexpected shutdowns or application terminations during a 48-hour burn-in test.
2. A brief report outlining cause, resolution, and any preventive recommendations.
I can provide remote access (AnyDesk or TeamViewer) and all necessary admin credentials once we agree on the plan.
