Remote IT Troubleshooting Expert Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for an experienced technician who can jump in remotely whenever a desktop, laptop, or network device decides to misbehave. Most of my end-users are spread across India (and a few other countries), so fast response via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP or a comparable tool is essential.
The bulk of the work revolves around system-level troubleshooting: resolving OS boot loops, driver clashes, virus clean-ups, printer issues, intermittent Wi-Fi drops, switch or router misconfigurations—anything that keeps a user from working. You should be equally comfortable walking a non-technical employee through basic checks as you are diving into logs or CLI sessions to track down a tricky packet-loss problem.
Although I also handle onsite calls, this engagement is strictly remote; if an issue requires physical intervention I will dispatch a local engineer myself. What I need from you is clear communication, concise ticket notes, and the mindset of completing a fix rather than just closing a ticket.
Deliverables for every incident
• Issue diagnosed and resolved remotely
• Brief resolution report (steps taken, root cause, preventive advice)
• Confirmation from the end-user that normal operation is restored
If you have a proven history of tackling Windows and common network hardware problems without hand-holding—and you can be available on short notice—I’d like to hear how you work and the tools you prefer.
