I’m locked out of Microsoft Teams on one of my phones because the Microsoft Authenticator app was removed earlier. Re-installing the app alone didn’t restore access, so my credentials are still rejected on that device. I can, however, open Teams on another mobile, which means the account itself is fine—I just need to recover the login on this specific handset.
