Printer Tune-Up & OneDrive Setup

I need a tech-savvy pair of hands to tidy up a few lingering issues on my home office computers.
First, the printer: the basics work, yet prints sometimes look off and it drops off the network at random. I’d like someone to fine-tune the settings for colour, paper handling and resolution, then make sure the machine stays reliably connected via Wi-Fi (or Ethernet if that proves more stable). Driver versions are up-to-date as far as I know, but feel free to reinstall or roll back if that gives better results.
Next, my main PC is cluttered with duplicate documents. I’d like those redundant copies identified and safely removed without touching photos or music. Please use a reputable duplicate-finder so I can see a report before anything is deleted.
Finally, OneDrive: give the existing setup on my primary laptop a once-over to confirm it is syncing everything it should—no more, no less—then install and configure the same account on my second laptop so both machines mirror the same folders. A quick walkthrough of any changes you make would be great so I can maintain it myself later.
