Part-Time Windows Support via Discord

Most of my users run Windows 10 or 11 and occasionally need a quick helping hand. Tickets come in through a dedicated Discord channel; when words aren’t enough we hop on a screen-share, sort the problem, and get everyone back to work (or gaming).
Here’s what you’ll actually do
• Walk customers through installing or removing software that misbehaves
• Pinpoint everyday performance hiccups—slow boot, sudden lag, high CPU/RAM usage—and apply easy fixes
• Keep brief ticket notes inside the same Discord thread so I can track what was done
Volume is light. Some days you might clear one ticket; other days none at all, so this suits someone already online watching YouTube or a series and happy to tab over when the ping arrives. Because of that, pay is modest and scaled to the workload, but you earn while chilling.
Entry-level tech lovers are perfect. As long as you’re comfortable with Windows settings, Task Manager, basic install logs, and have a stable mic/connection for screen share, you’ll fit right in. I’ll provide the Discord server, template replies, and escalation path for anything exotic.
