Outlook Reinstallation Help
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My PC (laptop) crashed about a week ago, but I have been using a cloud based company. (Carbonite) to store my information. I downloaded the recovery file to my wife’s computer ,but the download does not include the installation of a PST file into outlook.
When I opened the downloaded Outlook, the only upload included data from years ago. My daughter helped me to configure my current mailbox. I assume that the other data is in the PST file, but I don’t know how to load it into Outlook.
In addition, I am unable to switch back to the classic Outlook, which I prefer.
Requirements:
- Restore emails and contacts from backup
- Fully assist with email settings

- Knowledge of various email account types (IMAP, POP3, Exchange)
- Technical proficiency in software installation and setup
