Outlook Domain Setup & Migration
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My email lives on Microsoft Exchange under my own domain, yet when I attempted to connect it to Outlook nothing comes in or goes out. I am not sure whether the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, Autodiscover, etc.) are even pointing to the right place, so the first step is to audit and fix those entries.
Once mail flow is restored I need every single message, folder, calendar item and attachment migrated into Outlook; I do not want to leave any history behind. After the move we’ll walk through a live test to be certain that:
• Outlook sends and receives without delay
• All historical mail and calendar data is intact and searchable
• Mobile and web access continue to function with the updated records
Please bring whatever tools you normally use for Exchange-to-Outlook migrations—PowerShell, Outlook profile wizard, or third-party utilities—as long as the end result is a seamless switch for me and anyone else using the domain.
