I’m looking for a tech-savvy professional to visit my home and get my Wi-Fi-enabled laser printer talking to a Windows laptop. The printer is already on the network, yet the laptop refuses to find it or send jobs through, so I need hands-on help to install the correct driver, configure the wireless connection, and run a successful test page before you leave.
Deliverables
• Printer discovered and added in Windows as the default device
• Latest driver and utility software installed and confirmed working
• At least one clean test page printed over Wi-Fi
• A quick walkthrough so I know how to reconnect or troubleshoot in the future
