Novastar LED Screen Configuration
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have forty-eight curved LED panels arranged 12 columns by 4 rows that will wrap around a simulator cockpit. All of the hardware is in place; what I’m missing is the correct Novastar setup so the wall behaves like one seamless screen driven by an Nvidia 5060 GPU.
Here is the exact stack:
• 1× Novastar V960 controller
• 12 x DH436 receiver cards in every column
• Windows PC with the Nvidia 5060 outputting the signal
What I need, urgently, is someone who can jump in and:
1. Build and load the correct cabinet files, mapping every DH436 receiver card to its position in the 12×4 grid.
2. Configure the V960 so the full canvas appears as a single, correctly aligned desktop on the GPU.
3. Walk me through any calibration steps inside Novastar’s ViPlex or SmartLCT (whichever you prefer) so brightness, color, and geometry are locked in.
4. Provide the final .rcfgx/.scr files plus a short set-up checklist so I can reproduce the configuration if anything is reset.
Remote access to the control PC is ready, and I’m available for live coordination to power-cycle panels or swap cables if needed. Because the simulator is already built, the sooner this is working the better—today would be perfect, this week ideal.
