Migrate Outlook & Software Setup

I have just moved to a new Windows PC and I need everything to feel exactly like my previous machine. The priority is Outlook: I have 4–6 existing mailboxes that must open flawlessly on the new computer with all folders, rules, signatures, and archives intact. Once Outlook mirrors the old setup, I also want the rest of my everyday software and small utilities installed so the workflow is identical.
Here’s what I expect from you:
• Re-create my Outlook profile on the new Windows computer, connecting all 4–6 mailboxes and confirming send/receive works without errors.
• Transfer or export/import any local PST/OST data, rules, signatures, and autocomplete lists.
• Install and configure the same applications I had on the old machine (I will provide a list and the installers or download links).
• Validate each program opens, loads personal settings, and functions just as before.
I’m comfortable giving remote access (AnyDesk or similar) and will be available for quick tests while you work. A short hand-over document noting any license keys used, paths changed, or settings adjusted will complete the job.
