Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an experienced Level 1 support engineer who can work full-time at our client site in Manila for the next six months, with an option to extend if things go well. Your core focus will be hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting while acting as the first point of contact on the service desk. Previous experience in a similar onsite role is mandatory because you will be expected to hit the ground running from day one.
Day-to-day you will resolve incidents, close tickets in our service-desk platform, and keep users productive by diagnosing PCs, peripherals, network drops, and standard office applications. The contract is fixed at USD 600 per month when you can arrange your own backfill for any planned leave, or USD 500 per month without that backfill commitment.
