Lead Developer Interviews in Fluent English
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a growing software-development startup that already partners with clients in the US, EU and Canada. Our engineers are technically brilliant, yet their spoken English still needs polish, so I’m looking for someone who can step into client and recruiter meetings on their behalf and drive each interview to a successful outcome.
What you’ll actually do
• Join scheduled video calls for introductory, technical and final-round interviews.
• Guide the conversation with clear, confident English (C1 or higher).
• Clarify questions, highlight each candidate’s strengths and keep the discussion on track.
• Optionally contribute light technical context—just enough to keep dialogue flowing if a topic stalls.
• After each session, send me a brief recap of next steps we secured.
Ideal profile
You communicate effortlessly, enjoy meeting new people and don’t freeze when a CTO starts probing. Prior experience in HR, recruiting, sales demos or client account management is valuable but not mandatory; what matters most is poise, reliability and impeccable spoken English.
Compensation & outlook
This is a profit-sharing arrangement: the smoother our interviews, the more projects we win, and the larger your earnings grow. You can work from anywhere, set your own hours around the scheduled calls, and become a long-term partner as our pipeline expands.
